Based on the Mornington Peninsula, we are a leading Solar Pool Heating Company across Australia and have over 25 years experience of designing and installing our award winning pool heating systems for both residential and commercial pools. We are seeking a reliable and dedicated bookkeeper to work within our innovative and dynamic environment in a full-time position.
Bookkeeper - Accounts Payable/Payroll Duties - Melbourne Jobs
Working closely with the Financial Controller duties will include:
- Accounts Payable
- Payroll and associated tasks - ie. PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Workcover and Workcover claims
- Petty cash
- Banking and bank reconciliations
- Miscellaneous bookkeeping tasks - ie. end of period reconciliations and schedules
Successful applicants will need to have experience with medium to large accounting software packages such as Pronto, SAP, AccPac and should demonstrate attention to detail, being a team player and have good communication skills.
