An emerging player within the Insurance arena here in Australia is currently seeking a Claims analyst to join its dynamic and committed home claims team here in Melbourne. Our client provides progressive work practices, a strong team environment and exceptional work conditions. There are potentially 2 available positions within this fast growing organisation.
Your Duties and Responsibilities will include:
· Process claims received via the phone and internet end to end
· Technical assistance and support to claims services staff
· Answer client enquires in a timely manner
· Manage your own portfolio and keep all relevant parties informed of movements and progress.
· Conduct bi-annual claims reviews
To be successful, you will have the following:
· Ideally you will at least 2 years experience in the area of general Insurance and will have a solid understanding of the claims process end to end and the processing thereof
· Knowledge of the General Insurance regulations
· A strong customer focus
· A proactive work ethic and a dedication to excellence
