Large expanding broking firm, currently have a very exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Commercial Claims Consultant to join their team. The primary objective of the role is to provide a high quality, efficient and professional claims service whilst developing strong business relationships with insurers.
Ideally you will offer:
- Background in Commercial Claims environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Professional oral and written communication skills including a clear telephone manner
- Ultimately the successful candidate will be rewarded with a varied workload, a friendly team environment, and the opportunity to learn and develop new skills.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Handling all aspects of the claims process including settling and reviewing files
- Liaising with management on contentious claims, declinatures and claims outside authority limits
- Assisting internal and external clients in a professional manner
The salary package for this position is negotiable and dependant on experience.
