Managing the day to day activities of a large team of volume recruiters (and occasionally some temporary assessors!), this is a busy and challenging for an experienced recruiter well versed in volume and assessment centre methodology!
Reporting into a dynamic account manager (who also manages the performance of the team), you will be a true team player and will possess the following attributes :
- Flexible and fluid (orders may be coming in left right and centre and sometimes there will be down time)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Brilliant (and creative!) troubleshooting expertise
- Positive and energetic (no burnt out recruiters please!)
- MUST have previous agency based volume experience (ideally 4 years +) and know the assessment centre methodology
- Whilst this is not a straight business development role, you will be commercially aware and be able to identify qualified opportunities for growth
Not precious! This is very much a hands on, get in and get dirty role!
$60k - $70k.
