A 100% owned subsidiary of the BP group, our client sits within a global organisation with operations in over 100 countries and is currently seeking a customer service officer to join them on a 12 month contract.
The Position:
As Customer Service Officer you will be responsible for handling all incoming enquiries via phone fax and email on behalf of their fuels division.
We are seeking a customer focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, individuals who have the ability to work independently where necessary whilst working effectively as part of a team. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
