Large and high volume homebuilder is on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Officer for the Northern Suburbs. If you have specific experience in the building industry then this may be that perfect opportunity!
You must be able to apply your knowledge of the building industry to ensure attention to detail and continuous workflow, whilst at the same time providing exceptional customer service.
Do you demonstrate some of the skills below;
- Management of the Pre-site administration paperwork
- Signing Building Contracts
- Construction administration and support including in-house client settlements
- Exceptional customer service support
Personal attributes required are;
- Customer Service
- Time Management / Planning & Organising
- Negotiation
- Assertiveness
- Communication (verbal and written)
- Teamwork
- Organisational awareness
- Interpersonal skills
We are interested in talking to highly motivated; results focused individuals who can demonstrate a successful track record in a time critical role. Experience in the volume home building industry is preferred
