Our client is a design based project management company working in the commercial, retail and Government sectors. Their business is young and innovative and provides a range of 3D based services covering feasibility, architectural design and asset tracking.
They are currently seeking a Design Documenter to work in a team based environment. Ideally you will have a solid understanding on commercial construction including steel frame and pre cast concrete. Duties will include preparation of working drawings for town planning and construction documentation including detailing therefore you must be a skilled CAD user and be able to work autonomously however support will be available anytime when required. As a company they really are looking to push Revit forward so any experience in the will be advantageous however not essential as training will be provided.
This is a company that offers great design solutions but also understands the commercial aspects of a building inside out. They are one of the leaders in new technology and the ways this can be utilised in the design process so if you’re looking to join a company at the top of their game look no further. Your salary will be commensurate with you experience however will be higher than market average.
