Our client is looking at securing the services of an experienced document controller to ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with their client’s regulations.
You will be responsible for:
- Registration, transmission, filing & retrieval of Program & Project documentation including
*Drawings, specifications, datasheets & other design documentation
*Management plans, procedures & forms
* Vendor data
* Issuing Program & Project document numbers.
- Maintain systems and databases to ensure efficient operation of the document control function, including Livelink, ProjectCentre, hard copy filing system & any other systems required to manage document control.
- Track status & expedite Program & Project documentation review & approvals, including vendor data.
- Printing & copying of Program & Project documentation
- Archiving program & project documentation in accordance with all client participants? requirements.
- Provide assistance to the Lead Document Controller
- Provide training to cleint personnel regarding the use of Livelink, ProjectCentre & the overall document control system.
The successful applicant will have previous experience as a document controller preferably in the construction industry. In conjunction with this you will be proficient in all Microsoft applications Word, Excel & Outlook.
