Our client is a prominent National law firm. A successful round of tenders now means they need support from a Solicitor with experience in Workplace Laws and/or Litigation.
If successful, you wil be working in a supportive team. Your work will constitute a broad mix of both Employment Law and Industrial Relations Law. You will advise on a range of matters, draft contracts, policies and pleadings and be involved in proceedings in the AIRC, HREOC and the Victorian courts.
To be successful, you must have at least 2 full years of post admission experience. You must be enthusiasic and have a high degree of attention to detail. A strong sense of commerciality is also required.
Academics are important to this Employer, so you must also have strong results in your Law degree (ideally Honours).
