Our client, a market leader within the financial services industry, is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Helpdesk / Customer Service Officer to join their vibrant team.
This varied role as Helpdesk / Customer Service Officer will see you support financial software. Providing first level phone and e-mail support to external customers, you will be responsible for logging (and troubleshooting where appropriate) software related requests.
To succeed in this position, you must have a strong customer service focus together with the ability to respond to questions and problems in both a non-technical and technical manner.
To succeed in this role as Helpdesk / Customer Service Officer, you will also have:
- An IT, Business or Finance related degree
- Excellent communications skills
- A friendly telephone manner
- A strong customer background
- The ability to liaise with a variety of different stakeholders
- Knowledge of Excel or Visual Basic an advantage
