Helpdesk / Web Based Support Analyst

A Helpdesk / Web Based Support Analyst is sought to join this dynamic and growing e-commerce solutions provider. This role will see you provide phone based support to a variety of different external customers. An experienced Helpdesk / Web Based Support Analyst, you will be responsible for logging (and troubleshooting where appropriate) web based applications requests / queries for customers. You will also be involved with answering general product queries from customers as well as adding customer details to the database.

To succeed in this role, as a Helpdesk / Web Based Support Analyst you must have:
- A strong customer service background (for example, previous Helpdesk or Call Centre experience) and previous experience troubleshooting technical based issues
- Previous experience building websites (either commercial or non commercial experience, for example during tertiary studies)
- The ability to read and understand HTML / programming code
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communications skills
- A friendly and helpful phone manner
- The ability to liaise with a variety of different stakeholders
Please note this position will require you to work Monday to Friday from 12 noon to 8 pm.
