I am exclusively recruiting for a key client, still desperate for the services of a Java Technical / Team Lead. There are presently two positions on offer, and my client will consider Senior Java Developers with team mentoring /technical leading skills, right up to experienced, established Java team leads.
My client is a specialist consulting firm providing strategy, architecture, software design and development to tier-1 national and global firms. For the right candidate, the opportunity exists to manage teams of dedicated application developers. You will be the technical reference point for staff and clients and you will also be expected to take a technical architecture role within the development of clients’ technical solutions. You will be delivering business solutions to clients’ specifications as well as mentoring junior developers.
You will need to have hands on technical experience in designing and developing J2EE based projects, and ofcourse strong analytical skills with a technical lead ability. You will also have had exposure to the full software development lifecycle and be able to work within a team.
