We have an immediate need for a Lead Java Developer with 4+ years commercial experience in developing and leading the development of new media web based applications/websites.
Within this role you will be involved in:
- Leading a team of 5-7 Java Developers
- Estimating and scheduling responsibilities
- Architecting solutions to satisfy customer requirements
- Support a large corporate website and associated applications
- Prepare and package periodical releases
- Customer facing so you will need to explain and justify solutions to a non technical audience
- Leadership skills, including strong planning
