With this new vision and recent new structure within the Sales Department an opportunity has become available for National Accounts Sales Coordinator.
The National Account Sales Coordinator role is to provide administrative assistance to the National Accounts Team who leads and manages the National Retailer’s across Australia including Kmart, Woolworths, Target, Coles, Myer, David Jones ect…
The role will be to provide administrative assistance through:
-Maintain records on the Hallmark’s National Accounts Team
-Collate Sales Data and Reports
-Maintain internal Sales Systems
-Filing and Office Administration
-Phone Support for Account Managers
-Liaison with Pay Office and HR
-Co-ordinate Communications and Material for the team
You must have:
-Degree Qualifications preferred.
-Relevant Sales Administrative experience
-Excellent phone manner with a high degree of customer service
-Strong Excel Database skills
-Can do attitude with a high level of initiative
