MACRO Recruitment has been recruiting for engineers, IT, sales, executive and scientific staff since 1991. We are a Niche recruitement agency with 11 staff presently and based in Carnegie (Near Caulfield).
Recruitment Consultant
Our model is to train recruiters up to become team leaders and depending on their wishes and track history offer the opportunity to become a branch manager.
We are very heavily committed to using technoloogy to make our lifes easier - so successful is this is that we are now selling our recruitment softwsrte to other recruiters and employers.

The recruiter to the left of me started his first recruitment role ever with us 52 weeks ago. So far he has billed over $484k, in the last three months he billed $220k. He is the market leader in his niche.
The recruiter to the right of me started in recruitment 3 months ago with us. He billed $86k in those first three months. Compare that to the INDUSTRY average for recruiters which is circa $22k per month for established recruiters.
