Due to their excellent reputation within the local and international infrastructure markets, our client has recently won a number of large-scale bridge projects. They are now seeking an additional bridge engineer to join their team on a permanent or contract basis.
You will be employed as a Senior Bridge Engineer and work closely with the team’s principal engineer. You be directly involved in both the planning and delivery of a number of bridge projects primarily large scale multi-span vehicular and rail bridges.
As the ideal candidate you will:
- Be a tertiary qualified engineer
- Have extensive structural design experience, specifically in bridge design
- Be knowledgeable about relevant codes and standards
- Be computer literate
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
- While not essential, any project management experience will be highly regarded
As the successful applicant, yopu will be given the opportunity to exercise your bridge design skills and further develop your management skills. You will receive continual training and development with the ultimate vision to take a leading role in the company’s bridge team.
