Our client is located in Melbourne’s West. They have an immediate need for an experienced Senior Traffic Engineer for a permanent position.
Regular duties will be dealing with day to day traffic matter, town planning applications, traffic analysis, road safety audits, liaising with the public, Vic Roads and consultancies. You will also e required to analysis key data and report on transport and traffic matter and project manage key projects.
Typical projects will include; road safety, traffic congestion, public transport and pedestrian and cycling schemes.
The successful candidate will have had prior traffic engineering experience with the ability to ‘hit the ground running’ but will be generously rewarded for doing so.
You will be the holder of a bachelor of civil engineering (or similar), have a current driver’s license and possess excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in SIDRA analysis will be highly regarded.
