This opportunity is for an experienced technical recruitment manager or senior team leader to join a long established Melbourne boutique agency and develop the technical division. You will be joining several others who have been working away to build the brand. They have reached a point where further guidance is now required from an individual who has been within the industry for a number of years and who will be able to impart their knowledge and understanding of the very competitive technical market.
The business which you will be joining has a long history here in Melbourne and has grown to be a very recognised brand synonymous with quality service delivered to both clients and candidates. There has been a steady and stable growth within the company for years and that is down to the team who all work together in a grown up and mature manner. There are no KPI’s, you are measured against a financial target and that’s it! You will need to lead from the front while the team is still developing, however the expectation is that you will be able to step away from billing after time and focus on the learning and development of your team.
