This CA firm located in West Perth has the need for an intermediate accountant who wants a 50/50 mix of accounting work and corporate services. You will be involved in due diligence work, working with ASX listed clients completing financial reports and tax compliance work.
And for the other 50% of your time you will be responsible for corporate services and advisory duties such as ASIC compliance, providing advice to directors in relation to corporations law and ASX listing rules, assisting the board with strategies and providing advice on corporate governance.
Ideally you will have between 1 and 3 years experience, Australia taxation knowledge and a desire to become involved in corporate services. You will work directly with the director and receive training on all areas of corporate services and full support for your CA or CPA studies.
