Your Definitive Role
This is by no means a straight forward number-crunching role. As the Senior Estimator you will report directly to the Regional Director and play a key part in the strategic bid management process. As an opportunist you will keep a keen eye on the market place and seek potential tenders. While developing strong relationships with the contractors and design consultancies you will prepare first principle final bid packages. Your growth within this business is unlimited!
Why YOU will be valued
- Preferably you will hold a Civil or Mechanical Engineering qualifications (Diploma or Degree)
- Or relevant qualifications in Construction Management
- Or 8+ years exp working in the construction industry
- Or 5+ years experience first principle estimation from any discipline will be of interest.
