Our client is an Australian owned operation and prides itself on its integrity, service and quality of advice to its clients. Due to organisational growth, our client is seeking to appoint a professional Account Manager to service an existing portfolio.
This position will involve:-
- Servicing of an existing portfolio of Commercial clients.
- Providing professional financial services to clientele Identify and fulfil client needs and objectives, thereby maintaining - client satisfaction and retention levels
- Contribute to new business growth objectives.
- Maintaining professional relationships with insurers / underwriters
- Quotations, renewals and debtors
- Quality, customer service & compliance
We are ideally seeking a professional Candidate with:-
- 5 year commercial Broking experience
- Tier 1 Accreditation in Broking
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent time management skills
