Our client is looking for an experienced accounts candidate with at least 3 years experience to assist in the smooth running of the Accounts Department for their offices. You will report to the CFO and assist by being responsible for managing the accounts and finances.
Main duties include:
- Assist in managing Sales / Trust Accounts
- Bookkeeping / Reconciliations
- Daily Banking duties
- Assist with Payroll
- Revenue Reporting
- Exchange & Settlements
You MUST have the following skills & Knowledge:
- REST knowledge a MUST at least 3 years experience
- MYOB
- Real Estate Trust / Sales accounting experience
- Very strong and clear communication skills.
To be considered you will need to be an efficient and accurate person with a high attention to detail. You must have a Certificate or Diploma in Accounting and either Real Estate or book keeping experience. Experience in REST would be ideal.
