Do you have your HSC or equivalent? Do you have a passion for cars? If so why not consider an Apprenticeship as a Light Vehicle Mechanic. This position is Located in Manly within an excellent Dealership. You will learn to service and repair the mechanical parts of motor vehicles such as engines, transmissions (clutch, gear box and differential) and suspension systems. Tasks include discussing problems with drivers/users to detect faults and carrying out their own diagnostic procedures. They will also repair and service cooling systems, final drive assemblies, steering and braking systems, electronic engines, body and drive management systems. Upon completion of the Apprenticeship, you will be qualified with Certificate 3 in Automotive Mechanical Technology (Light Vehicle Mechanic). Applicant requires a Drivers Licence and own transport preferred due to limited public transport.
