A rare and exciting role has become vacant and I am on the hunt for a sales driven Area Manager. This role will comprise of the multi site management of 5 stores in the Sydney Metro area working with one of the most sort after brand within this corporate giant.

The successful candidate will have the following qualities and attributes:
- Proven performance to grow and develop a team of leaders to successfully drive their businesses to meet set KPI’s and ultimately support each leaders goal of achieving financial bonus reward
- Ability to drive your area to achieve sales budgets by leading by example and being inspirational
- A sense of initiates and enjoys working within a fast paced and exciting environment where change is a constant
- Stock control capabilities
- Monitor store expenses including wages, rosters, petty cash etc.
- Develop and plan marketing strategies to help improve business within the local area.
