Our client is one of the leading Life Insurance companies in Australia and they are looking for experienced claims assessors to join thier team.
As the successful candidate, you Will be:
- Liaising with advisers, employers, insurers and trustees
- Assessing and maintaining a portfolio
- Developing excellent client relationships
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Provide support to team members
- Preparing summaries of denied claims
- Reporting on claims
- Finalisation of claims
- Administering claims
You will have:
- 18 months previous experience as a life claims assessor
- Knowledge of Income Protection preferred
- Strong Customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- strong analytical skills
- excellent time management skills
