Working for an organisation that truly values customer care you will be required to “hit the road”, picking up and delivering technical equipment for one of the leading providers of support systems and therapies. A company van is available during working hours - so you will not need to use your own car.
Training on all equipment will be provided, and you will be required to provide technical assistance to customers regarding their equipment on a daily basis.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a current drivers license, an enthusiastic personality, a true customer care philosophy, a team focus and at least 3 years previous customer service experience dealing with a technical product. Experience in a similar role would be ideal!
