Design + Construct are currently recruiting for a Design Director to become part of the Senior Executive Team. Our client has around 25 employees and has been operating as a Commercial specialist within the Sydney market for over ten years.
Main duties:
- Design Team Management
- Resource & HR Management
- Concept Design
- Client Presentations
- Project Coordination.
Key requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years local experience; specialising within Commercial Office Interiors.
- Previous Design Team Management experience
- Strong sketch design and presentation skills.
- Excellent coordination skills.
- A working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- The ability to liaise on all levels
The successful candidate will be rewarded with an executive role combined with an executive salary package of around $130K + Car Allowance + Laptop + Performance Bonus.
