Due to increased growth and continued success, my client is looking to bolster the ranks of their Sydney operation with a passionate and profit driven recruitment consultant who can operate in the ever busy engineering sector.
Engineering Recruitment Consultant
You will be given the opportunity to walk into an established team or assist in the development of a facilities division. Both opportunities come with enormous potential for you to make money and further develop your career.
You will be working in a relaxed but professional environment where everyone is expected to know how hard they need to work to achieve their goals. Quantity and quality targets are only in place for underachievers so this shouldn’t bother you if you back yourself to be a consistent biller.
This is a role for an experienced recruitment consultant who has a solid understanding of the engineering/technical sector and a track record of successful and consistent billings in this sector.
You will have a strong network of contacts and knowledge in the industry that will allow you to gather information and find candidates. If you haven’t come from this background don’t be put off applying, my client is open to recruiters from other sectors but you will need to be able to demonstrate a willingness to work hard and take on information quickly to secure this role.
This is an end to end consultant role so the sales shy should not apply.
