A helpdesk role is available in an innovative software company who offer a rewarding salary and training opportunities.
Helpdesk support analyst required for an innovative company in the CBD….
To qualify for this role you will have a degree or Tafe qualification combined with at least one years industry experience. You will have experience in a helpdesk environment and working with Windows based technologies. You will also have very good communication skills.
Your role will involve providing first and second level support of the companies in house product for the companies client. You will be providing 24/7 support to the companies clients on a two weekly rota basis and you will be on call one week in five (this will be compensated for with on call and over night allowances). For your commitment you will rewarded with training in new and up to date technologies, a rewarding base salary plus shift allowance and great career progression.
