Programme Manager - CBD- Financial Services
- 9+ month contract
- Exceptional Rates for an Exceptional Leader
- Immediate start due to recent vacancy
Reporting directly to the IT management team, the successful candidate will implement methodologies techniques and procedures as well as being responsible for the following:
- Providing leadership, mentoring and management to all employees on the projects
- Review staffing requirements for the project
- Responsible for meeting operational objectives
- Prepare and create monthly reports
- Develop annual budget and manage the expenses for the account
- Create cohesive team environment through involvement with all team employees
As a strong driver you will need to set and manage expectations and as such, it is the expectation that the programme manager should possess the following attributes:
- Degree qualified in Information Technology / or Business (majoring in Information Technology).
- A minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar role (essentially finance sector)
- Possesses the ability to work on concurrent projects and have coaching, counselling and staff development experience
- A keen eye for detail with the ability to manage risk as well as project pitfalls
- Ability to be able liaise with key stakeholders and key resources in order to meet the key deliverables
- Detail orientated
- Ability and willingness to have a hands on approach
- Ability to identify the weakest link
- Demonstrated leadership and management capability as well as sound negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent documentation creating skills ie: Project Scope, Analyses, Business Case etc
- Expert level capability in prioritisation and planning.
