Our client is a global leader in the industrial instrumentation industry. As the leading level & pressure measurement specialist in Australia they are seen as the “Best of the Best”. Due to strong growth and a recent internal promotion they are now in the market for a sales engineer for the Melbourne sales office.
Your role will be to identify new business opportunities within the Sydney region and work through the process leading to close. You will also manage an existing port-folio of key accounts in both sales and technical support. After each sale you will also be involved in the commissioning of each unit. You will be responsible for the entire sales process and become an integral part of the Sydney offices.
The successful candidate will come from a sales engineer background in “level & pressure measurement equipment” or a trade / engineering background in the same or instrumentation. If you are coming from a technical background you will need to be confident, driven and have a genuine interest in sales. For all applicant who posses a strong sales background in the space, you will need the same as well as proven sales results. All applicants will be equipped with a home office, so a high degree of computer literacy will be needed as well as the space for the home office.
For the successful candidate we offer a great salary package which will be negotiated on experience + car + super + tools + commission.
