My client, a leading supplier of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) who are dedicated exclusively to the business and government markets, currently seek a CARRIER ANALYST to work within the Voice Services team. They provide a complete range of voice, data, mobile and hosting solutions that are used every day by businesses spanning the Asia Pacific region. They are a dynamic and fast growing corporation boasting extensive experience delivering high end innovative solutions and have developed considerable expertise in customising and managing ICT infrastructure to meet the exacting needs of their customers and constantly offer their clients and the market a fresh approach to telecommunication.
The Senior Carrier Analyst will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Carrier Accounts via. the development and maintenance of good working relationships. This will involve analysing and validating carrier charges using SQL reporting tools alongside Account Payable, as well as ensuring payment to carrier portfolio accounts within contract terms. You will also be responsible for identifying margin improvement opportunities within the voice team and reconciling accounts and preparing monthly reports, as well as analytical support for commercial negotiations and engaging internal stake holders to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
You will have strong accounting and analytical skills with demonstrated abilities and proficiency in Excel and Access systems, as well as an Accounting degree. A CPA certifiation is highly desirable but not essential, but an intention to undertake you CPA or CA is mandatory. Your problem solving skills will be at a very high level, as will your communication and data management skills. Candidates who have worked for a Telecommunications Infrastructure Service Provider will be highly regarded but this is not essential, an equivalent commercial business will also be acceptable.
