Technical Support Guru/Customer Service Officer - $22 - $23 per hour
$22 - $23 (hourly)
Sydney, NSW

Our client is in the online/digital industry. Due to growth within the company they are looking for a motivated individual to take on the role of a Technical Support/Customer Service Officer. Someone with a passion for the web and technology would be ideal – as you will just love this role!
You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to constantly meet deadlines. We want someone who is a quick thinker and who likes to keep themselves busy.
This role will require you to:
* Answer customer enquiries
* Answer technical queries
* Troubleshoot
* Solve problems
* Arrange refunds or credits
Training will be provided, but we are seeking candidates who have at least 1-2 years experience in an IT tech support. You must have STRONG customer service skills and have the knack for dealing with customers in a professional and helpful manner.
