Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager you will be working as primary Service Desk technical support contact for the organisation.
You will be responsible for providing 1st level technical support to users and provide Service Desk level knowledgeable support for all associated user hardware and software, PABX configuration and support the satisfaction of users and management.This includes AD and exchange user account creation and administration, responding to service desk requests and resolving problems and assisting in the planning and implementation of applications and hardware rollouts, upgrades and patches.
Must be Australian citizen due to security clearance required.
If you have 1-2yrs previous experience on a technical service desk, are a motivated self starter who is proactive and displays excellent communication and customer service skills I want to hear from you ASAP!
