Machine Operators

Our client located in Ingleburn is seeking experienced Machine Operators who will be responsible for setting, running, and overseeing the complete manufacturing process from start to finish.

You will be required to supervise a minimum of 2 - 6 staff per shift and be available to work on a 24 hour, 7 day rotating roster.

You must also have basic computer knowledge and have previous experience in using MS Excel.

A backround in manufacturing and or textiles would be an advantage.

-Controlling all cleaning related critical points of the company’s Food Safety Programs

Code Administration Manager

TRUSS ESTIMATOR/DETAILER

Required for building timber frames and trusses. Must have a positive attitude and be able to work rapidly. Frequent light lifting. This is a hands on role in a fast paced environment. Full-time hours working Monday to Friday. Overtime is also available. If you have experience of using nail guns and other hand and power tools then we would love to hear from you today. You will be working in small teams assembling and building wall frames and roof trusses. Must have own transport and be reliable.

TRUSS ESTIMATOR/DETAILER

Responsibilities:
• Accurate and timely estimating and detailing of roof trusses and wall frames
• Preparing quotations for roof trusses and wall frames
• Assisting customers with their enquiries.
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Work closely with production staff to ensure quality and timely outcomes of the manufacture of truss and frames.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
• Excellent computer skills. Experience with Pryda software will be an advantage
• Experience in estimating and detailing
• Have a thorough knowledge of roof truss construction
• Wall frame detailing would be a bonus
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Be a self starter, able to work unsupervised to meet deadlines.

Wrangler is the leader in western apparel and we are looking for the right person to keep this brand forward in the western fashion market using new ideas, vibrant colours and exciting styling.

You will be working for Thomas Cook Boot and Clothing Co a third generation well established family owned Australian company located in Nunawading.

In this role you will create stylish designs that will reflect the spirit of the key western customer. You will travel locally and internationally to increase your knowledge of western trends and to source product ideas.

This is a totally hands on role where you will work on every aspect of the product that you create from product design to delivery of production.

In this process you will develop/design 2 ranges per year consisting of Men’s, Women’s & Children’s Clothing & Accessories.

You will monitor the sample development process, sales samples creation and production functions of this product. During these processes you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking all relevant activities with the focus on providing premium quality garments by using your highly developed knowledge, computer, technical & creative skills inc Photoshop, Illustrator & Corel Draw.

You will ensure the timely preparation of measurement specifications, style specification packs and quality assurance of all product. A thorough understanding of grading & garment construction is required. You will be required to liaise with off shore manufacturers relaying requirements, solving problems and checking of all fabrics & samples.

Excellent organizational, attention to detail & follow through skills are required with the ability to work autonomously, accurately and quickly to meet seasonal deadlines.

You will be highly proactive, motivated and positive person with a can do enthusiastic attitude.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar product developer/designer role with strong computer skills and a suitable tertiary qualification.

Salary is negotiable for the successful applicant.
