As part of this successful team you will be working closely with other Test Directors, Resource Managers and Project Directors. Your role as Test Director will involve ensuring project schedules are set and met, setting and meeting budget obligations with all projects, and producing results to the highest quality. Other activities will include preparing documents with details on cost, scope, durations and risks, acting as a mentor and providing performance reviews to other senior members of the testing team.
To be considered for this role you must possess the following skills and attributes:
- Over five years experience as a Test Manager, ideally working on complex projects
- Experience of managing various projects
- Technically strong in testing processes/methodologies
- Have experience in managing team resources to meet budgets
- Able to liaise with senior stakeholders and drive team forward

You will be working on various natural resource management and water resource management projects. You will primarily be involved in strategic policy evaluation & analysis, environmental consulting, business development and project management.

Salary depends on experience, but will be in the region of $70-100k + benefits. Salaries outside that range can be considered for those with higher levels of experience.
