Silo bakery is a well-known and busy bakery/cafe operating for 12 years in Kingston, ACT. Our opening hours are 7 am to 4 pm Tuesday to Saturday and we serve breakfast and lunch as well as bakery goods and cheese.

We are looking for an experienced baker to work with our sourdough and yeast breads. Some pastry work will also be involved. All doughs are made from scratch. Shifts are typically 4am to noon Tuesday to Saturday. You will need to be motivated, efficient and detailed in your work. You will be working with a team of 2 pastrychefs, an apprentice and 2 chefs.

A relevant trade certificate and at least 3 years experience are essential for this position. The salary is $55000 and includes annual leave of 4 weeks.
