The Hyperion Essbase and Planning Application Developer will be responsible for the delivery of solution-oriented consulting to major Financial Institutions utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) technologies.

Duties will include:
- Developing business focused technical solutions using BI/CPM products for customers
- Determining customer requirements, project scope, and assisting in creation of estimates of efforts * Developing and implementing applications for customers based on identified requirements
- Providing installation, configuration, and trouble shooting services
- Providing development, testing, and implementation services
- Supporting user training, documentation, and rollout
- Leading teams throughout client engagements
- Partnering with team to create and improve methodologies, provide proposal creation support, and assist in pre-sales efforts
Required/Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience working with budgeting, consolidation, and financial reporting applications
- 2 years experience with Hyperion Essbase and one or more of the following technologies
- Experience in full life-cycle of project development including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Rollout, Implementation, and Training
- Experience in a variety of industries such as retail, financial, manufacturing and/or life sciences
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills and ability to foster client relationships and working relationships with peers
- Excellent analytical and research skills * Self-starter with ability to work on projects with minimum supervision while adding value to cross-functional teams
- Consulting experience is highly desirable
