Strong Excel skills will be useful as you develop meaningful weekly management reports with recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business and the general accounting processes. In this role your opinion will be considered and valued.
The successful candidate will be confident with payroll, superannuation, ATO, GST, PAYG, BAS, workers compensation, AP & AR, fleet management, stock control reporting, intercompany transfer costs, month and year end, profit and loss commentaries, cash flow, budget planning, analytical review and analysis, compliance and complex reconciliations. An understanding of corporate compliance requirements and exposure to Trust structures and their compliance would be an advantage.
Experience with MYOB is important and SAP is also useful. Ideally you have tertiary qualifications and have a minimum of 10 years working with a primary producer or manufacturer and have a clear understanding of these businesses operate.
