This job is part administration, part data entry and part problem solving. You’ll need great attention to detail and fantastic communication skills as well as being motivated, organized and a hard worker.

Ideally you will have past data-entry, administration or office-based customer services experience. You will need to be able to type 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
