Reporting to the BI Practice Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing reporting solutions using the suite of Business Objects Tools (version 6 – Xir2) from a variety of data sources specifically:
- Universes using Business Objects Universe Designer
- Reporting using Business Objects Web Intelligence, Desktop Intelligence or Crystal Reports XI
- Dashboards and Performance Management Reporting using Performance Manager and Dashboard Builder
- Administration of Business Objects Enterprise environment
- Client support and consultation on current and proposed Business Objects Enterprise implementations

To succeed in this role you will ideally possess the following skills:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Business Objects certifications (highly desirable)
- Hands-on consulting experience
- Recent commercial experience in the implementation of Business Objects Enterprise XI or XIr2 (and/or) report development using Business Objects Enterprise suite (version 6.5 and above)
- Commercial experience implementing and/or developing and administering Business Objects Enterprise
- Strong Data modelling and SQL database skills are essential. SQL Server, Oracle and SAS experience will be highly regarded
- Knowledge and experience in Data Warehousing
- Experience in Data Integrator or other ETL tools is advantageous
- Experience with other BI tools is beneficial
- Enterprise Performance Management or Data Quality XI experience would be highly regarded
- Ability to work with users to define and document business requirements
