As a Claims Specialist you will inherit a portfolio of claims. As such, Claims Specialists are directly involved in the audit of related claims and the identification of abnormal claiming or admission patterns.

In addition, the role has a very strong customer service focus, and Claims Specialists are expected to provide the highest standard of service in responding to inquiries/problems raised by internal customers, members and providers.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A natural aptitude for numbers
- A willingness to take ownership of given tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
