The Project Management Role:
The Civil Project Manager will be working on civil projects up to $20M in value covering RTA Road-works, Earth-works and Sub-divisions. Reporting to the Operation Manager the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing individual projects from conception to completion, including tendering, pricing, management of all site staff and sub contractors, as well as orchestrating the commercial outcomes of the project. This position offers a lot of variety for an ambitious person who wants to develop their project management skills.

Required Experience:
A civil engineering qualification is required, and a background in a civil construction environment being beneficial. Experience is required in the commercial aspects of project management. Client and internal liaison is a key part to this role, so you need to be able to communicate at all levels.
