The ongoing demand for delivering the highest standards to the public has resulted in the critical need for a Cleaning Manager to join this high profile and dynamic team in ensuring that the centre remains at the highest levels of presentation and complies with all standards of health and Safety.
The recent growth of this organisation’s portfolio in Darwin has resulted in the necessity to recruit a Cleaning Manager / Housekeeping Manager to manage the cleaning of this large shopping centre. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleaning and presentation, and customer service with responsibility for staff and delivery of high standards. The purpose of the role is to deliver a high standard of cleaning, hygiene and presentation within the centre, provide customer service and organise and manage the cleaning team.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate previous hands on track record in cleaning / housekeeping management along with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. You will be used to high standards with exceptional people management skills. You will have experience in using relevant commercial cleaning equipment and be fully up to speed with all aspects of OHS and training within this industry.
