We are urgently seeking general insurance professionals particularly with claims administration/negotiation, broker support or assistant account management experience.
We need you to have demonstrated experience within a commercial environment and in particular:
-Processing quotes, renewals, debtors and claims
-Servicing a portfolio of commercial clients
-Liaising with underwriters
-Policy compliance
-Policy documentation
-Premium adjustments and calculations
-Preparation of Certificates of Currency
-Portfolio administration
Brokers support
Due to specific requirements by our clients, the following criteria is not negotiable:
-Experience in working with a commercial portfolio
-General insurance experience and knowledge
-Tier 1 (broking preferred) qualification
-A strong working knowledge of Australian financial services regulations relating to insurance
-Insurance industry experience
-Naturally you will have impeccable communication and customer service skills.
-Your knowledge of the local market will be highly regarded.
-You must also have Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen status to apply for these positions.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record managing application development for online banking solutions across the lifecycle and a solid understanding of change and release management to ensure application integrity through appropriate governance.
Given the team is largely based offshore your success will be largely determined by your ability to effectively lead and manage partners remotely and drive efficiencies in cost and time to market without compromising quality of delivery (including design and overall management of the software asset including ease of maintenance and upgrade paths).
Experience with online banking platforms in the UK and/or Asia would be highly regarded.
