You will be proficient in direct liaison with clients and contractors to ensure efficient delivery of services. · Proactively expedite the return of supplier Order Acknowledgements including the verification against the internal Sales Order and external customer Purchase Order.

· Proactively expedite the on-time delivery of product to mitigate the risk of penalties and or report any slippages in delivery to both the internal / external customer.

· Maximizing a profitable result through managing the execution phase of each project.

In this role you will be responsible for the prepartaion of accurate cost reports, timesheets for weekly labour payments. Purchasing and organising creditor payment details, prompt payment of invoices and all paperwork associated with employee records.
You will assist the Project Manager with the preparation of contractual correspondence, forecasting and assisting in the preparation of contractual correspondence.
Process internal and external plant payments and ensure subcontract paperwork complies with company procedures
