As Store Manager you will be responsible for driving the performance and profitability of the team and the business, so you will need a solid sales focus, operationally strong which will cover the day to day tasks of running of the store and a commitment to bringing out the very best in your team & always planning your next step, and what you will need to achieve to get there!
Other duties will be handling all operational tasks including rostering; training & development with new and existing staff, meeting company KPI’s, visual merchandising and stock control.
In order to be considered for the following, you must be passionate about surf, fashion and lifestyle. The following attributes are required:
- Proven Leadership and staff management qualities
- Organized and self motivated
- Work autonomously
- An understanding of surf market trends
- Passion for Surf Fashion
- Be sales driven with a high level of customer satisfaction expectation
- A ‘can-do’ attitude where your store comes first
