Excellent 3 month’s contract assignment currently exists for a skilled Communication Services star to shine with their experience and skills in Voice and Data Networking technologies, Data centre operations and infrastructure. This position will be reporting to the Communications Services Manager and be responsible for working to SLAs -

Duties:
- Administer and manage capacity, availability and performance of IT infrastructure including Data Centre infrastructure, Data networks (LAN, WAN, Annex, Internet…), Voice (PABX and mobile), remote access and messaging (Outlook) / collaboration tools
- Support the availability and performance of IT infrastructure via monitoring system events and failures, problem solving
- Build and maintain SOE - voice & data networks, remote & mobility connectivity

Provide technical knowledge, information, coaching & mentoring across various IT teams
Skills:
- Solid experience and knowledge in Voice & Data networks, Data Centre operations, SME infrastructure and facilities domain, MS Exchange collaboration domain
- Excellent communication skills and client service focus
- Strong team-player
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Secret Security clearance required
- Must be able to provide after hours support on monthly roster basis
- Degree in IT or Business is highly preferred so is ITIL certifications
