We are the for-runner, being the most established & longest running (36 years) privately owned/operated accommodation high rise in the heart of vibrant Surfers Paradise.
We cater mostly for one-night bookings, and value-for-money, no frills, (AAA) three star rated accommodation.

A managing couple with open minds, being of sane and hard working natures.
This position would ideally suit a LOCALLY established couple, with a neat & clean appearance, a keen sense of humour, and who would appreciate the ability to learn further in the holiday-accommodation industry.

Potentially, we offer a live in position (preferably, however accommodation could be obtained through an outside real estate agent) with hours to suit both parties.
Full time employment available, for two persons or if required, one and a half persons could manage, with assistance from already established staff, and contract apartment cleaners.
Experience in MYOB, and reservation systems are essential.
ABN and references ESSENTIAL.

Creative thinkers in dealing with the general pubic will be given preference.
Essentially we are seeking like-minded, non-judge mental people, who are able to communicate with staff, contractors, and guests.
Remuneration is negotiable and at the higher end of the scale.
The position is full time, contract ABN based.

A summery of duties would include:

Implementation of reservation systems.
Knowledge of wotif.com and other last minute reservation systems.
Day to day bookings.
Meeting and greeting of guests.
A head for detailing apartments after the contract cleaning staff have cleaned apartments.
Our focus is on superior service to customers, ensuring repeat business.
Adaptability in general office procedures and understanding of office systems.
Being wanted and accepted in a small but well-respected private company.
Basic body-corporate cleaning of common areas.
Maintainance of one outdoor solar-heated swimming pool.
Supervision of common areas, rubbish collection and disposal.
