About the Position:

5. Assist with the dissemination of Change Management processes and draft reports, briefings for the ICT Executive and other key stakeholders on Change Management processes and issues.
6. Assist with investigating changes and assist with preparing documentation to support the IT Change Advisory Board decisions on changes and scheduling, including urgent change requests.
7. Assist in research tasks including undertaking data collection and analysis, and assists the Change Manager with the preparation of management reports.
8. Apply APS policy and legislation, including workplace relations, employment equity and diversity, occupational health and safety, access and equity, and the secrecy and privacy provisions, in work practices and in dealings with clients.
